So I got the £2.70 (or so) chips... a small cup that was about half full. I literally got around 12 or 13 chips. They were nice but I paid about 24p per chip. :)
£0.24p per chip. Is that sustainable in the long term? I don't think so. The fans have already voted with their feet today.

I think it is more a case of Price Elasticity of Demand rather than just Supply / Demand.
The break even point for JO's operation at the Etihad will not be inconsiderable.
When measured against his other highly successful and profitable operations will
it be worth his time and effort?
