What have they done now?

Immediately booted out - UKIP have acted in the proper manner.

As with Rozanne Duncan a couple of months ago, this bloke managed to remain in the Conservatives for donkeys years but only lasted a few months in UKIP.

Isn't that the way we want our political parties to behave?
Not really. I'd hope that anyone that openly and vociferously racist wouldn't even get in, then if they did they'd be out on there arse pretty sharpish, without the need of a newspaper sting. It's pretty damning of the entire political system that someone like him is allowed to exist within it tbh, not just UKIP

Yeah, threats to kill from their candidates tend to have that effect on a political party.

I was generalising about the other UKIP members that have caused controversy. Obviously, this one in particular is an absolute fucknut.

As predicted by Leonard Rum here, the DUP have announced today that they will seek the establishment of a commission after the election to PROTECT the integrity of the United Kingdom.
That's sort of like fcuked up any kind of post election arrangement with Dave given his commitment to EVEL ( I.e. sure fire way of breaking up the Union).
Incidentally they're against an EU referendum.

Omg,i can't believe why anyone would vote for that lot

Thanks for the link

I think if you took a single candidate's opinions as those of the whole party, you could represent Labour and the Conservatives and pretty much every other party in a horrendous light.

Whilst UKIP do seem to get more than the others (and that is the only thing nagging me about voting for them), I do believe that the bad stories about them are publicised much more readily than those about other parties and I think that UKIP are very good at getting rid quickly.
They've certainly had the practice.

I think their views are a lot more extreme than they let on

They seem to suspend a lot of their members for letting the mask slip

I wouldn't trust them as far as i could throw them

Give me.the party that suspends and expels loads of its dodgy candidates over the three that routinely close ranks round theirs any day.

The Bolsheviks were quite adept at abolishing 'dodgy' party members.

I think you're right about some of their members. However, the majority - especially those high up in the party such as Farage, Suzanne Evans and Patrick O’Flynn - haven't had those controversies and represent the pretty popular goals of the party very well.

Their candidate selections just leave a lot to be desired. That said, many seem to have come from Labour or Conservative backgrounds into the party.

The fact that Britain First are urging their followers to support UKIP shows what type of person UKIP attracts. Not the majority of UKIP supporters of course, but their policies will attract the extremists unfortunately.

Haven't seen any thing on here about the Tory party denying free speech in this country.

Why did they force ably remove this gentleman from their meeting? Was it because he had the audacity to challenge Cameron about his views against the scots?

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2015/05/05/snp-heckler-racist-david-cameron_n_7212298.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2015/05 ... 12298.html</a>

Catch the footage on BBC news.... quite disgraceful.

I would post the link myself, it was in BBC news at lunchtime, surprisingly enough it appears to have been removed... Unless someone on here can show different?

The Socialists secure the woman beating dogger vote.

Meanwhile, the Sun are literally paying people to come up with positive stories about the Tories.

Maybe I'm just more aware of it than I used to be, but this election has reached almost American levels of media bias.

It was their meeting they can remove who they want, just like this forum is Rics and he can do the same

Quite right except.. It was a public meeting in a public place. He. Should have had the balls to answer the questions,or are these people no longer accountable to anyone except their friends supporters and lackeys?

Looking forward to Thursday night. Win, loose or draw. Hope we all have a laugh on here. Left or right! It's all in good spirit.

We will all still be breathing on Friday morning.

Clegg, ''there could be another election before Christmas''
FFS have we got to go through all this bullshit again, the last 6 weeks have been bad enough

I can understand that but what did he do, or have done to Urmston, just because I didn't agree with him (or her) didn't mean to liquidate it.

The personal attacks on Ed continue. Tomorrow's Sun tells us not to vote for Labour because he looks funny eating Bacon. Is that seriously the best they can do?

Thanks for raising the subject of Britain First. If you've ever been a member of Britain First or the BNP you will be expelled from UKIP whereas on the other hand former members of the BNP can safely remain members of the Labour Party and rest assured that everyone will keep their stupid Labour gobs firmly shut on the subject, similar to how they treat their paedo problems. Better still you might even get promoted to Executive Member for Leisure and Culture like Trevor Maxfield in Blackburn.

Labour: two-faced wankers since 1900.

You're missing the obvious thing here - that UKIP even needed to institute that rule in the first place unlike the major parties.
