The current Labour government? You believe they're Socialist?
To me they certainly are.
The current Labour government? You believe they're Socialist?
If that's your truth, that's your truth. To me they certainly are.
That might suggests that you're far right? To me they certainly are.

I very much see greens taking the left side of politics. In the same way reform are taking the right
Like them or not, polanski and farage have a different way of talking to the electorate , not the usual weird way politicians talk
The Green Party and Reform present themselves with clarity and purpose, offering a coherent message and a defined strategic direction. In contrast, Labour and the Tories appear to shift with prevailing public sentiment, resulting in messaging that can seem inconsistent and lacking conviction. Thus, leading to many perceiving them as being weak and confusing, and possibly suspicions of alignment with opaque agendas.
Historically, as seen in parts of Europe during the 1970s and 1980s, the rise of green movements and political parties has had a tangible impact on mainstream politics. Should the Green Party’s popularity continue to grow, it is plausible the PLP may begin to adopt some of the Greens most popular policies, such as those relating to re-joining the EU, environmental reform and addressing the housing crisis.
Why do the Lib Dems get totally forgotten ?
In fact, i feel they've been on stronger and more outspoken on Gaza, Musk, Reform than the Greens have.
Are you suggesting I have forgotten about them? :)
feels like everyone has since Greens have risen.

So what would you call someone like Polanski and the The Green Party that are further left than Labour and closer to the traditional definiton of Socialists?
Socialism is an ideology. You do not determine what is 'socialism' or not.
Rather than be clueless, why do you not look up the definition of socialism and then establish if it is an accurate label you can attach to the PLP. If you still think they are socialist, there is no hope for you.
That might suggests that you're far right?
Can I ask what aspects/policies you think are socialist in nature ?
Whether people recognise it as politics or not politics is involved in every aspect of our lives, if you have an opinion on anything worthwhile you ain't apolitical.Loads of people have never voted and never will, hold no political views, find politics boring and unimportant, never bother to learn what different political parties ideas and ideals are, take themselves out of conversations or change the subject if anyone brings up politics, never watch the news or current affairs programmes, don’t follow or look for anything political online…
Thinking back to an ex-girlfriend of mine’s knowledge of politicians, from the current crop we have now, if she was the only person in a room with Rachel Reeves and Kemi Badenoch she wouldn’t be able to tell you which one was which nor which one was part of which party any more than I could point out anyone from two rival hockey teams in the English Hockey League. She wasn’t unintelligent either. Quite high up in her organisation.
Within my group of mates, if anyone ever brings up politics in the pub they get told to ‘fucking shut up you boring bastard!’, as there is the odd new-lefty or Tommy Robinson fanboy in there.
I’d say that all falls within being apolitical. And I’d bet as many people are like this in this country than voted for parties like the Greens or Reform at the last GE.
