Pub near me does 'pitza' and 'burgas'. I can't tell if they are deliberate mistakes.

Unfortunately, as a PA/Secretary, I have spent all of my working life ensuring that the spelling of reports/presentations etc is correct.

Comma after "reports", not a "/" then another after "presentations" and a full-stop after "etc."

I'd say comma after "/" in yours, PB.

Amusingly, you can actually sense everyone checking their spelling and grammar in this thread.
