The magazine is aimed at a culture "lads" or laddism is the culture, it's a colloquial word, it doesn't need to be punctuated with an apostrophe.

Quoting Huffpost isn't going to cut it either, I'm afraid - and your clunky sentence structure isn't helping your case - but well done you for effort. Try again when you're less tired/compromised.
