What fucks me off most is that people listen to the press like it's Gospel truth and make their minds up about H+M. In fact not just them, anyone the press writes about.

But then when someone puts their version over it's picked apart and decided to be bullshit instantly. Our press are a joke.

If Harry can change the press in some way through all this, he's a winner for me. I don't care how much he earns... no one's kicking off at the press for making millions. They made money out of Harry's mum and were complicit with her death.

FFS they used to hack phones of dead kids parents! How can anyone take what these scumbags say as any sort of truth??

We will never know the whole truth.

What I can say, without doubt, is that this book, whatever its flaws may be, is at least as reliable as the shite you read in the Daily Mail and its ilk.

People accept the press has an agenda with regard to City. They have an agenda with anything the public is interested in. The popular image of the royal family is airbrushed and utterly unreliable. It is in fact, an image. Not reality. It is very singular that the press wants us to believe 'William' and 'Kate' are like well-dressed editions of Mother Theresa. At the same time, Harry and Meghan are worse than a thousand Hitlers. I. Just. Don't. Buy. It. Nothing is ever that simple. We are being played.

Only if people read it and believe it in which case it would serve them right.

I wish posters would treat what is an incredibly serious topic and thread with the seriousness it deserves.

Not a fan of the royal family though had a grudging respect for the queen.

In simple terms Harry has slagged off his family in return for being paid.

I am sure that there are some people in the royal family and who work for them who are unpleasant. But I have yet to see or hear any concrete evidence of the wrongs he is claiming.

I would respect him more if he gave up his royal title. Now that would be making a stance.

I suspect that lines were drawn and positions stated in the first 20 pages or so and the publication of his book and all the interviews and the press misrepresentation of it have only strengthened opinions. There’s nowhere else to go with this subject but down the rabbit hole of farce

I would like to see a referendum on us having a monarchy, let's see what the people think. If 75% of the people voted for it to remain the other 25% of the country would still call the majority stupid, uneducated racists.

There will never be concrete evidence of conversations within a family, let alone one that has a close relationship with the press. You either believe what he says, in the light of the evidence available, or you choose not to.

True. I don’t expect a transcript. But he’s happy to give details about his dispute his brother ( ie the fight). So on that basis he should have no problem calling out others with regard to their alleged racism.
