There are rarely fees when celebrities talk to the press. But are you saying that if Robert Downey Jr went on Graham Norton and happened to spend 5 minutes talking about his new film, he wouldn't be doing it for any financial benefit because he wasn't being paid to be on the show?

There might not have been any fee and that actually adds to the kudos and helps their public relations. They might not have earnt directly from the interview but it will increase their public profile, which will in turn increase the value of of any deal they strike in future.

Why exactly do you think they have done this interview? It has dome a whole lot of damage. Do you think they have done this just because they wanted a brew and a biscuit with Oprah? They have not done it to combat racism as if what they say is correct, they are actually allowing a racist to get away with it. Do you not think it is a bit funny that a couple who wanted to get away from the the limelight and public eye have suddenly decided to do one of the most high profile interviews in history, in the most showbiz places on the planet. You don't think that is a bit funny.

If you have mental health issues, you seek professional help. If you have been subjected to racist abuse you go to the police. If you want to raise your profile and ultimately boost your bank balance, you go on Oprah.

They are not selling a film ,they have had ,in harrys case a lifetime of not being able to speak out , they have had a horrific time since before the wedding , nobody should not be able to tell their truth and put things like racism and mental health top of the agenda , we know the royal family are dysfunctinal and cruel, the queen as much as i love and respect her duty , cried in public when her yaught ( sp) , boat , was scrapped but not when watching dianas casket go by

they are tightly controlled , you are born or married into it and you ha e to stick to endless rules and take cruel shit without reacting

diana exposed it for what it is and they learnt absolutely nothing

I don't disagree, but the "they took no fee" line is irrelevant and not a reason why someone isn't doing something for their own benefit, financial or otherwise.

I just saw the Piers Morgan thing btw. Hilarious. What a fucking baby. I think someone touched a nerve there.

Then why did Harry allow the woman he supposedly loves to come into that environment? Because he thought that (with her help) they could change centuries of process and protocol... Sounds hard to believe.. Surely worth of a film
