i dont even know where to start with that , she is american, she has celeb friends , should she say goodbye to them to please people?

i doubt very much she thought it was going to be like a celeb in a castle , that is ridiculous given the woman she is and all of the work with charities and the UN etc , i dont think she would have expected to be srtipped of her phone and keys etc and not be protected by the family

I get that but did she get engaged, get married and then go on to live amongst the most privileged people in the UK without knowing her life might change a bit? This wasn't about living with the Kardashians but in a castle.

She claimed she didn't want a grandeur wedding yet still invited countless celebrities, made sure she had her Armani dress ready and then went on to have a day costing millions. However, of course it was all pointless because the only day that mattered to her apparently happened a few days before...

I just find it really weird and completely out of touch to be honest.

As I mentioned on here yesterday. I have a mixed race brother in law. The whole family had discussed what skin tone my sister's children would be. That included my brother in law's family. There was and is absolutely no racist connotations attached to it. There is a ginger streak in my family,we also discussed the possibility of ginger hair being present.
Context is key here. If the alleged racist has said they hope the skin tone is not dark because they can't be having that in the royal family,then they deserve fucking over and calling out. If the alleged racist has said I wonder what the skin tone will be, then surely that the same as asking if the child would have a particular colour of eyes.
By coming out with half a story, Harry has caused a shit storm. He now has to man up. If he is against racism and he believes that he and his wife have been subjected to it then he needs to act on it.

Can I ask you what you think the motives are for doing this interview?

They have had a hard time , undefended , cut off , they are head of mental health charities , harry did a programme on it for oprah last year , they have to speak out and change the narrative about both mental health and racism

Harry has never been able to defend himself or her , he was told off for the statement he put out before they were married about the press being racist as well as social media targetting her

They wanted to serve the queen still but she said no and also taking all of his military stuff off him , a soldier who fought for his country , was a nasty thing to do to him

Diana tried to change how things were , harry feels the same , they are entitled to speak

Things have to change , the monachy needs to change , it is a shame this is happening before the queen dies but it is happening now so ..

Well maybe that will now come and the person will be named. I suspect though that even if Harry is in the right on this it won't end well for him, but that view depends on who the alleged culprit is. Maybe he (naively) thought that by mentioning it but not naming names would make that person see the error of their ways without the need for further investigation. Either way, whatever some might think of her, I don't think his wife should be getting any flak for this particular episode unless they've both colluded to fabricate the whole thing of course.

Which of course is always a possibility ! These two were a complete and utter disgrace. Also did Winfrey ask who it was ? If not why not ? Markles accusations are allegedly very serious so come on say who it was and let's see what happens from there. Maybe they don't want to accuse the individual directly because they might face legal action for slander and are well aware of the thin ice they are treading on ? She wasn't even present when this alleged racist slur took place ! How does she know the context ? With any luck it will blow over and they will slip into obscurity with their L.A. show biz kid mates. Somehow I doubt it.
