Were using Stobart's changed to Hoyer pay and conditions have taken a hit since they got rid of the directs.BP used to employ tanker drivers directly. Now, they employ agency drivers who owe no loyalty to the company, often have a second job to go to and so can’t take the overtime. A case, perhaps, of knowing the price of everything and the value of nothing?
