I apprciate the ITKs who come on here and give us snippets, but I can't be doing with it when they cry foul if they get abuse for saying something is "100%" and then it doesn't happen.
Drop the whole martyr idea i.e. these guys come on here and bless us with their presence and they're just doing us a favour. The reason they do it is for the kudos. Everyone likes respect and to be liked, there's nothing wrong with that.
"100%" means absolute certainty. If you don't know 100%, just say 99%, or like URG, say "this is only provisional."
If you want the praise and the gratitude when you call things correctly, don't expect everyone to just say "no worries" when you call them wrong.

to be fair he did clarify exactly what he meant in another post. it's not the correct phrase to use, and normally, he'd be in line for a bit of stick, but he's been on the receiving end of some completely unacceptable behavior from people on this board, so we should cut him a bit of slack in this instance.
