The Joe Hart situation

so we have been given the go ahead to bring in any goalkeeper we want, except the one we already own.

I can only surmise one of two things happened with brum:

1.

City: Can we have Joe back please?

Brum: Of course you can.....for ££££££££££££££

Or

2.

City: Can we have Joe back please?

Brum: Of course you can. Joe City want you back at Carrington.

Hart: Tell them to fuck off! All of a sudden they want me back when they want something.

No we've been given permission to bring in any goalkeeper we want....as long as he isn't any good, as that would hamper the teams around us.

If Joe Hart had been on the bench all year at brum this wouldn't even be an issue.

The Premier League have been bullied by our rivals and are scared that they'll scream foul play if we get fourth...by playing a goalkeeper who we own...

They talk about ''concern of setting an unwanted precedent'' but surely interfering in cases like this is doing just that. If a club has signed a player on loan but it hasn't worked out and they want to send him back to his parent club will the premier league make him stay at the loan club if other clubs complain?

We should contest this, its a complete stitch up, but we won't.

Whoever handled the Hart loan at our end needs shooting. Seriously.

Not even putting an option to recall him. How thick can you get?

Agree with the OP 100%

However, there is nothing in the current FA rules to stop Hart's loan to Birmingham being terminated on agreement by both clubs.
The FA have once again decided to hastily re-write their own rules,as they have done already this season with regards to Adebayor and his "fast track" ban.

Apparently, they refused Hart's return partly because they were being "mindful" of the situation that arose with West Ham, regarding the eligibilty or otherwise of Tevez......

Fine-except that Joe Hart is a already a fucking CITY PLAYER!!!!!!

What the fuck do you expect when the Chief Exec of the rags is one of the people making the decisions. It stinks to high heaven as usual. Twats.

So I wonder who's sitting on the FA board that made the decsion then...oh look over there,it's Mr Rag and Mr Arsenal.

Hmmm.

About as thick as some people not understanding the rules.

Ey up.

Can you, or can you not, put a clause into a loan agreement which let's you recall the loaned player?

Not if it's a season long loan.
