`Mojito`s` and `LIIT`s` are nice, but I think I prefer `Rocktails`and I also had a sip of my Mrs`s `Velvet Elvis` the other day, now that was pretty damn good and right up there at the top of my list.

Vodka Martini
Gin Martini
Mojito
Whiskey Sour
Gin and Tonic (although not striclty a cocktail)
evreything else is fruit juice with booze in, but if can highly recommend a "Hurricane" from maxwells in Oxford
1 shot of Dark Rum
1 shot of Golden Rum
1 shot of White Rum
1 measure of some sort of orange liquore
splash of Orange Juice
topped with a further shot of Dark and Golden Rum
two of these and your night will always go well

A martini should never be shaken, it should be stired gently in lots of ice. Shaking causes the ice to chip and melt into the martini thus diluting the taste. Ideally the glass the martini is prepared in should be frozen.
Trust me, I'm a bartender.
Don't use Grey Goose because it's mass produced shite. Try wyborowa exquisite for the same price, it's a far superior vodka

I’ve been thinking about trying out some cocktails.
I’m not talking about the ones that look like our away kit this season; looking for something more classy and manly.
