The Labour Government

Right now the polls over intention to vote are poor for Labour. The press are waging war against them not highlighting progress and faking big anger over things their entitled bosses don't like.

Four years out do they stick with the plan and hope it comes around by GE time or

go shit or bust - the tide is against them so nationalise water - just take it off them as they are failing - open talks with the EU to explore the terms on which we could rejoin - sort out the BBC board - tax wealth and go for all the things that polls show are popular - go for it you can go out with a whimper or like the Lionesses the other night win against what are currently the odds.

It’s all about the future. I expect Labour are playing the game and I do hope that the other parties are there challenging for the win, not playing populist games.

If anyone wants an insight into the workings of a rotten Labour council corrupted by its supplicancy to the block Muslim vote and why the Labour Party was so desperate to prevent a Judicial inquiry into the grooming gangs then look up Raja Miah / Recusant 9 on Youtube.

I'd go shit or bust - the cautious approach is doing them no favours - all the good things they are doing are being drowned out by the prejudiced media so punch them in the face and go for it - I was all for the softly softly approach but its only got them bad press so go for it and face and refute the further attacks as they come in. Farage is no threat - get him off immigration as we saw today and he is all "i don't know" his grift is one dimensional tackle him on policy and on detail and he is a minnow

That assumes that it's only the exigencies of our present circumstance that stays the hand of Starmer and Reeves in being more radical.

Nothing they've ever done or said confirms that view in any way whatsoever.

Once upon a time there was a working class hero who battled the status quo to bring light upon the land, against incredible odds Sir Keir the destroyer of the elite and team purity rid the system of corruption and evil deeds.

I particularly liked how he managed to shoehorn a reference to the Lionesses in there as well. How very twee.
 
This Labour Government are guardians of the source of our precious bodily fluids but our first People's Water Tsar has been left waiting for the call in Eau de Paris training room. That's what comes of appointing a bank regulator to head the commission, he doesn't like nationalised utilities and we'd be paying for the air we breathe left to him.

It's specifically around the Battle Of Orgreave rather than policing of the miner's strikes in general, and people have been calling for an inquiry into it for years, mainly because South Yorkshire police were accused of falsifying evidence. The government haven't just plucked this one out of thin air today.
