It was rather magnificent

Took a second or two for MPs to catch on. Whether he meant to make the liars and grifters link, Starmer's reply was hit the mark.
Fan boys or what....? FFS grow up and get a room lads.He looked straight at Farage when he said it.
They don't like it up 'em...Fan boys or what....? FFS grow up and get a room lads.

Yeah, it’s only taken him a year to figure out how it works.Respect for Starmer if he knew Farage would be called next and teed him up with the liars and grifters jibe.
You're right, I believe the reason she was suspended was not because of what she said recently, but the fact she clearly retracted her apology for what she'd said previously.I appreciate that. I used to work in Hackney, alongside plenty of political activists, including people who knew Diane, and that view is not unusual in the slightest. I also wouldn't presume to dismiss, or even discuss, her own experiences, when clearly she's faced abuse, and challenges way beyond anything in my life.
The initial article she replied to, however, was about day to day abuse faced by people from a variety of ethnic groups, and a couple of dismissive paragraphs, was not a nuanced or thoughtful response. Have a look at the hundreds of articles and responses written at the time - even people defending her tended to argue that what she said went too far, and that it was reasonable for her to apologise. The issue yesterday is that she wasn't making a totally separate argument, she clearly linked this to the arguments she made at that time and that's what I found disappointing.
They are either too brainwashed or stupid not to be able to acknowledge that legal immigration is NOT an issue. Illegal immigration is and is costing us a fortune and must be addressed.View attachment 163460
Keep up the good work !

Labour and Conservatives have both failed miserably in attempting to deal with it... still, they'll learn... eventually.
I love the fact that anyone who voices concern over illehal immigration is a racist and a Reform supporter.
I will vote REform next time, not in support of Reform but against Labour and the Conservatives....
Still let them have their fun in their own little protected cocoon.
that's rachel from accounts' jobCry more.
what she did is a good example of why they shouldn't be given the voteThose are the same people who argue that 16 and 17 year old are too young to vote as they don't know what they are doing.
Same people
Shamima Begum ( aged 15 at the time ) knew exactly what she was doing
Why not vote Green or LibDem if it's purely a vote against Labour or Conservative and "not in support of Reform"?They are either too brainwashed or stupid not to be able to acknowledge that legal immigration is NOT an issue. Illegal immigration is and is costing us a fortune and must be addressed.

I’m not sure why he can’t just admit that he’s voting Reform because he supports some or all of their policies. I’ve got a couple of mates who are Reform supporters but last year on the day of the General Election, one claimed he wasn’t voting at all. The other said he didn’t know who to vote for but was done with Tory and Labour and said who else is out there but Reform to stop the other 2 getting in? I told him why not vote Lib Dem then, especially as they were popular in his constituency. There was no answer and lo and behold, the Lib Dems won that seat from the Tories. It later came out that he’d already cast his vote for Reform but for some reason he was reluctant to admit it at the time. Why not vote Green or LibDem if it's purely a vote against Labour or Conservative and "not in support of Reform"?
Just admit it, it's not a protest vote at all, you're fully signed up to the Floundering Foursome. And you say others on here have been brainwashed!
Unless you're a dye in the wool supporter, 4 or even 1 year/s before an election is too early to know-isn't it?I’m not sure why he can’t just admit that he’s voting Reform because he supports some or all of their policies. .... and that is a separate discussion. There are plenty that think legal migration is an issue too, regardless of if they’re reform voters or not.

Well I don't disagree, but in the argument you make you are probably talking about pure Racists. There are plenty that think legal migration is an issue too, regardless of if they’re reform voters or not.
