I believe if someone is going over as an individual in their own time it's OK but as the claim is this was organised through labour's chief of staff that's were it crossed the line. Happy to be corrected. Edit there may also be a distinction between Government and opposition.Was it also against the constitution for the "leader - CEO" of reform UK to be financed to campaign for the Mango Mussolini?

She’s free to coordinate it in her own time. It’s the wording that has elevated it in to something it’s not. Very naive for a head of department and I’m sure she wishes she could reword it in hindsight.
