The Labour Party

Fair enough for the record did you find it balanced? As in did it include any dissenting voices against a narrative of guilty as charged?

After every single accusation they gave Labour’s official response, on screen and had it narrated.

They also contacted Jeremy Corbyn’s office and asked him to be present to get his side of the story, he declined and sent one of the more unknown Shadow Ministers.

If it wasn’t unbalanced then it was Labour’s fault because they were offered the platform.

I do believe Jezz has a hostility to anti semitism , it's just that he doesn't suck up to the pro Israeli lobby hence the constant attacks on him and the Party.

His basic problem is that he'll never be able to shake off his "like" of the Mear One (?) mural. Just as Johnson will never be able to shake off his "letter box" jibe. So both major parties will be led by politicians who are/will be unable to crack down on racism in their party because they've set the bar.

He doen't suck up to the Israeli lobby no - but he has no issue with Iran where he will go on there state TV and take part in phone ins where anti semites call in and discuss the dark forces at work in the media to down play the actions of Israel.

This is why he simply is not fit to lead Labour out of its crisis. He is the crisis.

I have watched it, 4 of the whistleblowers are known to have lobbied against the leadership since 2016 and actively undermined proccess, the other 4 I don't know enough to speculate and am unwilling to use social media tittle tattle as a way to judge.

What I do know is

Over 80% of the claims of antisemitism were on the disciplinary books prior to 2016 and are now all being dealt with, hence to spike in numbers, yet the inaction of labour the previous decade is being ignored for an obvious narrative.

The "credible journalist" who made the program has a long history of axe grinding with elements of labour and socialism himself, only panorama were willing to entertain his story, the bbc is already been accused of pilitical bias so no suprise there that a story by said journalist with edited emails and lack of anything but circumstantial evidence was rejected by other channels.

The main PLP members responding to this are the usual wastes of space that ruined labour in the first place leading to the party they all now hate, they never learn their spite is leaving the leadership more stronger amongst the membership as they see their party being attacked from within by self interest.

Tom watson really should get a sponsorship deal with Vitorinox as the amount of knives in peoples back he has delivered would suit their brand.

Lastly does labour have some anti semites and racist, sexist, homophibic people in it? Of course every party does.
Does labour have a proportionally larger number than the tories? Not a fucking chance.
Does labour and it's membership encourage attacks and abuse towards jews or any other religion? No

Synagogues and jewish cemetarys have been attacked and are still being attacked and vandalised, by who? Well if you believe official data not one attack has been by left wing extremist but rarther the far right.
There is no labour policy that excludes jewish people or openly allows abuse of jewish people.
The social media atrack on lord triesman he cited were proved to be by combat 18, the SM attacks on berger the police have investigated have been proved by right wing loons.
6 twitter accounts said to claim to be labour members that have attacked the JLM and BoD were tracked back and found to be on servers also used by several pro progress anti corbyn twitter handles and proved that none of these tweeters were actual labour memebers.

There is a lot of snidey bullshit going on and I won't repeat my lack of faith in Corbyn, but at the same time I won't blindly believe the absolute bullshit and shit stiring going on.

Real people have been attacked and abused for being jewish, the bbc click baiting isn't helping them and that panorama was terrible sensationalist journalism not worthy of a political program.

AS has been misshandled, and people need to acknowledge that and sort it the fuck out, but my party is not anti-semetic and isn't racist and I am sick of being smeared by it, by people whose whole opinion is gathered by media knowledge.

Finally Tom Watson you fucking self interested two faced ****, fuck off (personal rant I hate the wanker and have since blairs time)

Haven't read it so, wouldn't know.

Don't presume to know what I stand for, listen to and believe.
I don't, I simply read what you have posted and accept it in good faith. You also say you hate Tom Watson. Anyway here you go, a feast for your eyes

"Dear Tony Hall (Director General of the BBC),

Tonight, the BBC will air what they claim is a fair and impartial documentary about anti-semitism and the Labour Party. However all of the evidence so far points to the documentary being a biased hatchet job.

The BBC chose to employ the former Sun Journalist John Ware, a man who has publicly attacked Jeremy Corbyn and the Labour left repeatedly, to direct the documentary.

This is the man who was also behind the 2015 Panorama documentary which attracted widespread criticism for making false claims about Jeremy Corbyn and excluded an entire interview with Diane Abbott because, in her words, it didn’t fit the narrative.

Ware also directed a documentary described by the Muslim Council of Britain as "an anti-Muslim witch hunt” and The Guardian as “McCarthyite”. In another documentary, he falsely implied the head of a pro-Palestinian charity was using it as a front for terrorism and the BBC was forced to pay damages to the individual and publicly apologise on Ware’s behalf.

In fact, Ware has a long track-record of opposition to the left in Labour. In the 1980s he presented a documentary on a Labour council accusing the “hard left” of taking over local schools, which at the time was criticised in the BBCs own magazine for abandoning “any attempt at a reasoned, detached, analytic or investigative programme”.

It is clear John Ware cannot be trusted to direct a “fair and impartial” documentary on Labour and Jeremy Corbyn. Already, there are reports that the majority of interviewees in tonight’s documentary are ex-Labour staffers - the very people who purged thousands of Labour members to stop them voting for Jeremy, resisted implementing Shami Chakrabarti’s recommendations and may have delayed action on antisemitism to undermine Jeremy’s leadership.

They have no credibility on this subject and have a clear political agenda against Jeremy Corbyn.

The BBC guidelines state that “impartiality lies at the heart of public service and is the core of the BBC's commitment to its audiences.” It is obvious that employing a man with an anti-Labour agenda to direct a documentary about Labour is in breach of these guidelines.

We are writing to you to demand an explanation as to why John Ware was hired, and that you hold a review into how documentary content about Labour is produced, ensuring that future documentaries adhere to BBC guidelines as well as basic journalistic standards. "

I find him a duplicitous wanker from stabbing blair in the back to turning and sniping at brown and being a dick to milliband, the man is a snidey fucker.

I never voted for him as deputy leader on the strength of his previous behaviour, as I expected him to a stiring ****, something that has come to pass.

they didn't want to take part, that's their problem, every 15 seconds was yet another conspiracy theorist crackpot denial.

Universities have a lot to answer for, destroying the very fabric of our society with the last couple of generations they've churned out.

Do you reckon he's itching to be fired?

You're not really selling it to me pal especially if I end up thinking that education is the enemy within.

going straight into work is a much better route these days imo. Earning, more practical skills and a much more diverse environment to mature in.
Not the first sweeping generalisation I've encountered on this thread today. I have a daughter just done her GCSE's worked her socks off planning to do 4 A levels go to university and be a teacher. On the flip side I have an older son equally as bright but not as dedicated to studying who has been in and out of employment and is considering using the UCAS points he salvaged and going to Uni. Not one to poison the fabric of our society generally but kids will be kids eh?

Good luck to them.

And as for diverse, I was a kid from a Salford terrace slum and ended up best mates with an upper crust public school boy, a political refugee from Malawi and had a girl friend from Colchester.

good luck to them. I won't apologise for sweeping generalisations when I've seen enough of the type to feel justified, but I can only share my own experiences and leave others to enjoy theirs. I won't live 6 billion lives, I'll only live mine.
