We have the technology now that can 3D print walls for houses with concrete using automated processes. Traditional house-building techniques are too expensive and take a lot longer to build...not to mention other companies like Boxabl etc also provide fast, affordable solutions to housing as well.

I saw something like that quite a while ago, and yet still almost all houses are built by hand. It's almost as if they're not the magic bullet they were claimed to be. But as others have said, the cost of actually building the house isn't the main issue, it's the land that it's on. Having said that, anything that could bring the cost down at this point.

I've got no time for Momentum. More to do with their 'leadership' than what they claim to stand for.
