If you research the actual woman she mentions helping people who have overstayed their visas or/and are here illegally.

There isn't any legal advice that she is offering that's illegal in the clip.
It's all standard legal practice. People may have overstayed their visas because they might have been persecuted in their home country (for being a political dissident, or sexual or ethnic minority) or due to serious chronic health conditions.
In certain circumstances these are valid reasons to make a successful claim under human rights legislation.
If she has been coaching clients to embellish and lie, it's an offence that would get her struck off from her profession. There's no suggestion of that by GB News though, they know not to do it because they don't have evidence and would quickly find themselves losing a libel case.
Better to stir the pot in such a way that people fill in the blanks.
