Usually there will be two or three of the 'big' clubs fighting it with them but everyone has been fucking shite, plus nobody knew any of their players were any good, or would have unsettled them & signed them before the season started.
why do you think that nobody knew their players were any good before this season started...?

been very lucky. no rotation. no cards. no injuries. diving all over the place with protection. all this added to all the players playing well.

About sums it up for me, along with poor seasons from all of the big boys.

A lot of players playing abnormally well for them but also a lot of decisions going in their favour and a lot of luck. They won't even be in the top half next year in my opinion, close to relegation in the next 3-5 years after they've lost Mahrez, Kante, Drinkwater and Schmeichel to bigger teams.

You might be right, but they have the new TV deal kicking in + CL money, that's a lot to strengthen with, also they have a shrewd manager who gets them playing as a team. They won't win it again, and europe will hurt them (6 extra games minimum), but they could quite easily have jumped the gap that others have failed with.

Watford came very close way back, didn't they? It's not a new tactic by any means but what's different is that this time it's coincided with a perfect storm of a season.

Leicester aren't a great team but they've stuck to a system that suits there players and every 1 of there squad has given 110% for 90+minutes every single game I throughly expect them to drop to a mid table team next season as other teams will have them sussed out!
is that the the only reason you think their performance will crash? and burn? are you really that naive?
remember this run of form started last season, last year, round about now really... out of nowhere.under a different manager, with a different footballing philosophy.

lets just look a little closer at the "every one of their squad has given 110% for 90 mins every single game " comment...
last season they were shit.till april. then they were unbeatable.then they sacked their manager. and still they were unbeatable.
has the fairytale evaporated yet mate?

I think they'll lose too many of their best players after next season, along with Morgan, Huth, Simpson and to a lesser extent Fuchs returning to the standard they've been at most of their careers. The money gives them a shot but it also gives everyone a chance to become stronger, teams like West Ham, Liverpool, Southampton could get the chance to challenge too.

Add to that I don't think they could get that lucky in the market again, especially with Arsenal nicking their scout for starters. Like you say the extra games will hurt them next year and surely they are due an injury or 2; running as much as they do in games.
