If this new guy Newcastle have signed is any good, the magpies will be much stronger than Liverpool if they can hang on to the rest of their squad.

I remember not so long ago when Torres was quoted as saying he wouldn't join a club like City over Liverpool because Liverpool have history etc etc.

Not long after he asks for a request to join Chelsea on a bigger and better contract because of broken promises made to him by people at Liverpool and he sees Chelsea as a side that can better match his ambitions of Champions League trophy wins and titles in the premeirship etc etc ( LOL ).

Everyone has their price and offers made by certain clubs will unlikely be refused especially if its good business for the selling club and the player.

Liverpool did well getting what they did for a player who was past his best football in the premiership and no longer was interested in doing his best for Liverpool.

Only trouble is they wasted the money the got (LOL) on players largely untried in the premiership and certainly without the runs on the board.

As soon as a wealthier club than Liverpool or a club that gives Suarez a better deal than Liverpool can afford or match comes in for Suarez you can bet he will be off like a shot.

Liverpool would fall silent. A day of remembrance followed by 30,000 jobless head wobblers making a candlelight pilgrimage to Anfield to lay a wreath for Suarez. Gone but never forgotten. Dogleash would be public enemy number 1.

I'd be surprised if, come the start of the 2013/14 season Suarez was still a Liverpool player. I don't think he'll leave this summer, but I can't see him staying more than another 18 months. Liverpool will NOT qualify for next seasons Champion's League, that's pretty much a certainty. Unless Dalglish is proven to be a genius and the likes of Henderson, Downing, Carroll, Adam and Spearing suddenly improve dramatically as footballers then I can't see Liverpool qualifying for the Champion's League after next season either. Combine the lack of top level European football with the level of abuse Suarez will suffer every single week and he'll be jumping ship sooner rather than later.

The thing is they're so deluded they would be blaming the FA, the media, etc. They would be saying he's never have left if he hadn't been victimised and hounded out.
