Won't be the manager letting us down.. it's the players on the pitch not him!

TEAM NEWS: Hart, Zabaleta, Kompany (c), Nastasic, Clichy, Yaya Toure, Barry, Nasri, Silva, Aguero, Balotelli

Hope Gael and Zaba are fit for a tough battle.
My only concern would be the Barry/Yaya duet, it has often been hit or miss : whether they close quickly any opposing progression and have clinical passing deliveries, wether they are out-paced, have difficulties to break opposing team-play, plagued with poor first touches or missplaced passes.
Hope it will be their good side :-)

OFFICIAL MUFC XI:

de Gea

Rafael
Ferdinand
Evans
Evra

Valencia
Carrick
Cleverley
Young

Rooney
van Persie

With Young/Valencia they will use their crossing even more we have to bet on top defending these crosses.

Also Silva/Nasri must help out defending on the wings, Silva used to to it on Zabba's side but Nasri has to do the same on Clichy's side.

No Scholes or Giggs unfortunately, thy will have some pace in the middle with Cleverly and also Carrick seems a turbo guy next to Barry, and Yaya need to turn up today he didnt do it in many matches so far this season.

But I cant see them having zero probem with our strikers if they manage a clean sheet thats the biggest critique of City in this season.

This comes down to - Yaya and Barry v Carrick and Cleverly.

Stop them 2 getting the ball wide and we're sorted.

How long has Valencia been out prior to this game?
