They are shit against teams who dont allow their midfield half an hour to pass the ball due to the fear factor. i'm hoping VP wont get a lot of change out of our defence. they dont really have an aerial threat so no need for Dzecko from the start. Aguero and Tev will have a field day against their shoestring defenders and both their keepers are iffy. If we play without fear they wont score but we will, i feel another battering coming on, have faith.

Fergie rules out Vidic return

Sir Alex Ferguson said he does not expect Nemanja Vidic to return to the Manchester United side for at least another week.

On Friday, United boss Ferguson said there was a chance Vidic could be in the squad following knee surgery in September and the 31-year-old did train at Carrington on Tuesday morning.

However, Wednesday's game will come too early in his recovery and he will not be considered for Sunday's Manchester derby either.

"I do not think he will play," said Ferguson.

"He feels he needs another few days' training. He will not play in the derby if he doesn't play tomorrow, although I wasn't considering him for Sunday anyway."

Ferguson also confirmed Japan international Shinji Kagawa had returned to training after his own knee injury and there is an outside chance he could be involved at the weekend.

"He's showing good promise now. It is much better and I don't think he is far away," said Ferguson.

Meanwhile, Ferguson confirmed that while he will make changes to his line up on Wednesday, Wayne Rooney will be in his starting XI.

Fergie would be crazy to play Vidic he's been out for so long he wouldn't be fit enough to play us.

It will be George Evans he's the only youth player called Evans in the Champions League squad, I think you're thinking of George Glendon who's the other youth lad in the squad?
