Course they were but like many others have said...how many would have been given against the Dippers at Anfield.....

They were all pens. We need to stop saying “imagine this” and creating a scenario to feel hard done by... that doesn’t even exist. We are a fucking boss team that have a few problems to solve but we are more than capable of doing so. We will solve those problems but we must solve them soon before we allow a gap to be created like last season. They will have a dip (no pun intended) where they the opposition score the chances that they should and/or the refs don’t give them the benefit of the doubt and I genuinely think they will struggle if they have that dip while a team is close to them. Last season they had no pressure because the league was over so early, so they had no pressure of dropping points cos it wouldn’t have made a big difference.

Have faith in the manager and the lads... we’ve played twice so far this season haha!

You're right, they were all penalties, and all soft, but the poster you replied to is also right, I suspect at least 1 or 2 wouldn't have been given at anfield, and then not over ruled.

Interesting where you're posting from though, and I suspect you're actually johndipper not johnbluemancity ;-)

I’m not saying all games are reffed equally. Players/manager/fans/media get into refs heads and some very big decisions can be swayed this way. Sometimes does only take one to go against you to totally fuck you over and we’ve been on the wrong end of more of them than not...

I don’t hate them as I do live in Liverpool and know a lot of their fans. Genuinely the ones who go the game aren’t as bad as the ones online. Most of them online are utter pricks who couldn’t direct you to Anfield if asked. Hardly makes me a suspect dipper if I suggest we need to improve rather than blame decisions for getting beat yesterday
