Look at the bigger picture. Tourists love this stuff and they bring a lot of revenue into the country. Whilst the Royle Family obviously costs us a fortune and the Monarchy isn't for everyone, there is a loveliness about them that cannot be denied (and as a bonus, we get a significant contribution to GB PLC too).

You can never have too many photoshoot special supplements of Kate, Wills and the guys.
