well hopefully we can get as many in before the world cup as we can. as we know a players stock goes up if he has a good tournament and could add on a hefty chunk to their transfer fee, or attract more competition. we need to get everyone settled and used to playing together before our assault on the prem next season too

Liverpool have a July deadline to repay RBS £100m
All their budgets to date have been based on reaching the Quarter Finals of the CL. Well they didn't make that this year and they sure as hell aint going to next.
They are in a serious heap of shit and hoping a white knight will come charging in to save them. Frankly it aint going to happen. At this stage the only interest is likely to be from vultures looking to get onboard at a low price and to make a quick buck. Even that scenario looks far fetched with the mess they are in.
The bottom line is they need to raise cash to reduce their debt (part of the terms imposed by RBS). IF they don't comply I can only guess there will be a whole new world of financial pain heaped on them by RBS.
Without the white knight their only means of raising serious cash would appear to be player sales as I really don't see the two yanks putting their hands in their pockets. It's debatable whether they could raise £100m anyway.

Like I said above, I know you're not a bullshitter but my only real criticism of your info is that sometimes the wording of it implies that something is nailed on when that isn't necessarily the case. IIRC you said last week that Joe Hart was coming home - that kind of inferred that a deal had been done to get him back, when talks were obviously still ongoing. I don't think for one minute you mean to do it on purpose, but there are plenty of people on here that get way too excited and go into power-wank mode when they read even the tiniest bit of ITK info.
