The NHS

It would have been more convincing if they'd not included reference to Momentum.

I'd have thought mentioning Labour would be more common than leaping to Momentum.

The hospital have said sorry and the mum has said she doesn't want it politicised,it happened, there is no dispute,twitter/facebook bollocks is just that

I'm not sure she should have sold the photo in the week of the election if she genuinely didn't want it politicising

Report said she sent the photo not sold it.

No mention of money transactions were said, yet people decide they did happen.

Point remains though. If you don't want it politicising, don't send it in during election week (monetised or not)

It should be politicised.

The fact tory policy and ideology has led to this willful fucking up the NHS and, like their policy on the disabled has killed people

These lot are a stain on our country and I never thought I would say this bit I would rather see tories like major and hessletine in power than this present lot.

Has the nhs managed to get a much needed integrated computer system yet?
No, too big and expensive task. Incremental integration, yes, but with the bits hived off to private companies having their own systems which rely on paper copies to send back info to and from the NHS , it’s even worse.

It isn't underfunding that is crippling the NHS, it's interest payments on ridiculous PFI loans!

Surely there are systems elsewhere in the world that actually work?

I doubt there are any (large) countrywide fully and completely integrated systems hooking up patient data and every piece of equipment in hospitals anywhere.
Blair’s NPfIT was a great idea, but hopelessly managed and leeched to death by IT and management consultants, which left the NHS with more IT software... but even more unintegrated kit.
Getting a system to talk 2 ways to a different system, is the issue. Unless it’s stipulated in the contract that the supplier needs to provide ongoing integration support (cheaply) then nowt will change
