I live near Seattle Washington. Friday night I blew off trying to see the lights because forecasts were that Saturday was going to be better. Unfortunately, forecasts were wrong - no auroras were visible at all where I live Saturday evening. It seems I missed out.

Can't see them with the human eye but the camera (S24) is picking them up really well.

Can't see fuck all in the city thanks to the artificial lights. Meanwhile a mate of mine took this on his way into work the lucky bastard.

Saw them quite clearly through my Galaxy S20 camera in Romiley - when I stepped out the front door I initially thought I couldn't see anything but then noticed the faintest pink haze in the sky - looked through the phone and got this - first time I ever saw the Northern Lights!
