how good is courney meppen-walters people ? whats the chances of him breaking into getting into first team in a couple of years, not seen much of him to guess

Interesting case. He has been playing some EDS as well as academy team and at both full back and centre back. I would guess he will end as a centre back as he is a unit so the full back stuff will be for experience.I cant see him as full back as I don't think he has the pace.

Imo you won't be seeing him break through in the next couple of years. Probably destined for a decent career in football but perhaps not with City. Good enough maybe to get a loan spell somewhere( year after next?) and with 2 more years growth and development in him we will see what level he can achieve.

Manchester City are keeping tabs on Holland's latest teenage sensation Jeroen Lumu.

The 16-year-old Willem II striker became the youngest player to score on his debut in Dutch league football on Friday when he came off the bench to notch the equaliser against FC Eindhoven.

The Netherlands Under-17 star is considered the most exciting talent in Holland right now and is already being tagged a 'wonderkid', despite making just two league appearances.

The youngster is believed to be under contract at the Eerste Divisie side - Holland's second tier - until June 2014.

But that has not stopped clubs from upping their interest in the prodigious talent, with City and Juventus believed to the two clubs most advanced in the monitoring of the striker.

A bid of around £6m would be enough to test Willem II's resolve, according to Dutch sports magazine Voetbal International, but his valuation is predicted to soar over the next three years.

Andrea Mancini has gone to an Italian fourth tier side (Alma Juventus Fano 1906) on loan for the rest of the season. One appearance for Oldham in the English third tier where he wasn't good enough, so maybe the Italian fourth tier is his level.
