can you imagine if Mancini got a first team run out in the final game of the season? the EDS thread would explode

I take it your talking son and not father, because i would certainly have more faith in and prefer the latter.

Its bordering on criminal this lad getting a wage from us.

I'd rather Khaldoon got a run out before 'Floppo' Mancini

Not sure if it's been mentioned but the Guardian has a video of Mancini apparently hinting that some youth players will be getting a game soon. Haven't seen it yet.

Its been mentioned on other threads.I believe he said if we win our next game then others will get an opportunity in the final two.

First time I have been to Spotland and it wasn't much fun.Rubbish game, rubbish pitch, rubbish opposition and a fairly rubbish performance from City.

We did dominate the game but without ever looking good.No Guidetti (or Cole or Hiwula) meant we started without a proper striker which meant Lopes was playing most in the striking role.Great shame that he got injured early on.It might have been a penalty but hard to tell.He was on crutches later but said it wasn't too bad.

Can't think of anyone who had a really good game.Razak controlled the midfield I guess but was never threatening to create goals.Rusnak flitted in and out and was a threat but the one golden chance he created was missed by Suarez who missed the ball completely only 6 yards out. Suarez did score but overall wasn't good.

Huws helped the midfield control and did make a great break which ended with him scoring the 3rd goal with help from Bytyqi. Top effort from Bytyqi who took over the "striker" role and really did work hard.I think he got 2 assists but also created a couple of other chances as well.

Rochdale weren't up to anything at all.

Cheers Nelly, going off his last couple of appearances, sounds like there is some genuine talent and promise with Bytyqi?

time some of you lot got off young mancini's back.
both the boys did large amounts of unpaid balo baby sitting .
if the boys had still been about ,mario might have been a lot happier!

In both the last 2 games he has been thrown in as a striker and has done well, scoring a couple and creating chances. But as was pointed out to me regarding Suarez you do have to take into account the standard of the opposition.

I don't know about the last game (Middlesboro I think) but Rochdale today were poor and for a City player not to look good says something about his performance.I have only seen Bytyqi a handful of times and he hasn't always stood out but he does always seem to give maximum effort.

He isn't a striker at all I don't think but workrate and a decent touch can go a long way (are you listening Edin?) One to watch.
