That’s what I do.

The media weren’t that bad at the start in my opinion. I always thought Arsenal got a much harder ride than us. But in the past five years it’s been ramped up. We beat Liverpool to the title in 2014 and they were bad, we beat Liverpool to the 2016 League Cup and they got worse, last season with us hammering them 5-0 after it looked like Liverpool might have a decent season it went up a notch and then went into overdrive after Liverpool knocked us out of the CL, and then with them challenging for the title this season the media has been fucking unbelievably anti-City/pro-Liverpool!

It’s made this past couple of seasons all the more sweet.

I can just imagine them going to bed the night before with their Liverpool bed sheets and pyjamas on, counting off the goals City might concede the next day as they drift away with a smile on their face thinking about the amazing article they’re going to write the following day about their beloved Liverpool Football Cult.

Then we go and win and fucking ruin their jobs and their dreams and their lives. The following night they go to bed clutching their bedside photo of Shankly close to their chest with tears in their eyes and wish the world would swallow them up.

The sad Scouse sympathising fools!
 
Personally, I still get great enjoyment watching the disappointment in the rag crowd at Sunderland when news came through that Kun had scored. Especially the woman in the red jumper & the guy with the 70s style porn star tash trying to find out on his phone what was going on at the Etihad.

There was a decided lack of blubby faces on view to gloat at this time.

It’s exactly the same up here. When Rangers has all thevmoney, stolen from Hector I may add, itveas never a problem. Now we have more money, it’s a terrible thing for the game.

It does fuck me off, but I console myself greatly knowing they are suffering great pain.

It works for me.
