The positive we'll still win the title thread...

I still beleive we can do it, starting on Sunday its heads down and win every game, no matter what the cost. I still believe the rags will slip up, next 3 games they have 3 teams fighting for there lives to stay in the league one of them they will slip up. I would like to think Sparkey might do it on Sunday but like most ex rags they tend to just roll over for whiskey nose.

I for one have been monumentally stressed about the whole thing. I could not watch last night, checked the score at half time and then began to dream, only to see the Rags score twice in the last 10 minutes. I was gutted.
But then this morning realised that we still need to win all our games - which is a real stretch but not beyond this team - and then see where we end up, If we do this, it sends a really positive message we have not bottled it, we also might well go and win the bloody thing.
I then realised that I, like the team, and many on here will have to deal with this whole title run in thing better next year.
How am I going to do that?
Realise we wont win everything every year.
Not become like a Rag who has a belief they have a devine right to win everything they enter.
Remember Chelsea, who through all the hard work away when panicing with Jose, then did the exact same thing with Ancelotti.
If we dont win it this year - which we should do - and end up empty handed next year, then you have to look at Mancini, but I think whatever the result of the league, which is still not a done deal, he gets one more crack at it.

This is also based on a those bizarre twists of fate that happen - Hughes and Barton help our title push back on track........... stranger things have happenned.

Hughes helping us?? Unsure about that.....relying on Joey, SWP and Ned's hatred for all things red to help us out though

Agreed - he would not want to but they need the points so inadvertently they could. If QPR were mid table - Agent Hughes would be resting players for the next game without doubt

Well we won 12 of the first 13 prem games at the start of the season, so we just need to to find that slick, one touch football again ... and a bit of luck! :)

After the rags beat QPR on sunday, i'm having a bit on us to still win it .. should be around 10/1.

Sorry fellow blues but no chance of winning the title on current form and with four away matches to come you just know we will lose at least one which will mean we can only get 89 points max.

They on the other hand have four home matches that I expect them to win which will put them on 88 points so one more away win at Wigan or Sunderland would do it for them, and they always win at Wigan.

POSITIVE BLUES ONLY ON THIS THREAD!!
