The Positives

I think it’s really shit that you are so cynical.

Seen it all before. I've spent enough time among professional sportsmen to know that they'll dance to whatever tune their club plays while they're under contract

Pay them enough money and they'll kiss any badge you want. I'd do the same for the money today's divas are getting. Don't say that you wouldn't, it's the nature of the beast.

The majority of players will have a soft spot for all their former clubs. Most will support clubs from their home town or their family's clubs. Quite a few don't even like football and just go home like any other job.

Don’t know if it’s a positive but this witch hunt has cleansed totally of listening, watching or reading the sporting media. At the moment I cant stand the hypocrisy and blatant bias that is top flight football so I dont want to know about it.

The problem is that when you have spent so much time immersed in football how do you fill the gaps? I have other interests so positive is that I may enjoy them more and learn new things. But at the moment there is a bit of a void ( today of all days with it being a Saturday)

City unfortunately can’t exist in a vacuum. We have to play the media darlings and their lackeys.

This is why it frustrates me that those rats in the sporting media get a free pass and we City fans are left to pick up the pieces.

The club should be doing more to fight back but no doubt if they are attending tomorrow Delaney, Herbert, Crafton, Harris, the BBC / Sky red fan boys etc etc will be made to feel very welcome by the club officials.

Everything looks rosey in the garden this morning. You could almost say we've the happy flowers back!
Have hunted down the leaders who were 8 clear a few weeks ago. OK they've a game in hand but they look shaky at the minute and not the formidable side that they were in the first half of the year. Momentum is all with us.

Some nice games to look forward to also in all 3 competitions. Hey we might lose a few along the way, but its good to have our mojo back

Very raw at the moment, but it was clear to me today that we are the best side in the country. 14 games is a lot to play and if we play like we did today in most of them then we'll be fine. Hard to explain and lost for words but these things happen in football and happen to us a lot.

I do believe that the City that we know and love are on their way back. We'll have days like this in the future too.
