The Positives

Blue is a much nicer colour than red and according to Google, it is the number 1 chosen colour of the preferred masses in the world..

Our players don't look, act and behave like cnuts..

Win all our games and we will win the league for the 5 time in 6 years..

Every team has changed their style of play to mimic us, quite probably because we're the most successful team of the last decade, play the best football, accumulate the most points and win the most stuff..

We have no debt and are not up for sale..

Never mind losing a game, if we only manage a draw it makes the main news ..

Blue ribbons look ace on the PL trophy and according to the bookies, they will be tied once again to the handles..

Our stadium roof doesn't leak and we have very large screens fitted inside too ..

When we've won the league in the past, it's because we were the best team that season. We don't need and have never had outside assistance to help manipulate our results to make us look better than we are actually are..

Did I mention that all our players don't look, act or behave like cnuts..

CTID..!

As this has said countless times one team is going to be on the recieving end of a good hiding with the chances we continue to create. We might get a favourable offiside call similar to Lord Luncheon Voucher

I must have said something wrong, or possibly several things, but I was asked by my daughter, now in foreign parts, to say something positive for a change, based upon age, experience and what have you - something to encourage the youngsters, possibly. Quite right, too, so I wrote along these lines: " Well, a fair few BMF oldies remain of the school of thought that expects the banana skin, and can't really believe that City are TOP, players are TOP, manager is TOP. They are in no danger of getting cocky and assuming that they have a right to success. The fans, or most of them, aren't like that; the club isn't like that. Imposter Syndrome? It was invented at Maine Road in the 60s. Things come and go. Faithful supporters have stayed loyal and endured the bad times, but for the moment they can rejoice in the good times! Pep Guardiola, formerly of Spain, Barcelona(!) and Bayern Munich(!) has changed the way football is played in England, and has done it HERE! Here, in MANCHESTER! (Almost said Maine Road.) Come on City! Great football! A Great Club!"

What are you on about

Pep's Friday 24th presser was masterful. A real positive. I'm sure those who want him gone paid no attention to it.
