Why are Lefties so bitter in defeat? They really are the Rags of politics. That sign just reads like the bloke is a mard arse.
Well anyone who has a business plan like that, proves the fact that Labour have no fucking clue whatsoever.
This has got to be a wind up, no business owner would deliberately seek to ostracize the type of people who use his type of business,
the prick would be out of business in a very short time.

So when will the Government be able to pay off the Trillion plus Pounds of debt?

Well, I'm not about to build you a cash flow model, feel free to do that analysis yourself.

However, UK debt is what, 90% GDP. With provisions for pensions etc, (and if I remember correctly) its 3/4x levered.

Consider your own debt to income ratio for a second, if you have a mortgage how heavily levered are you?

Consider businesses, what do you think there leverage is? I can tell you, we're seeing 7/8/9 turns sometimes.

The debt is an issue if it isn't (as has happened historically) paid down periodically, or reduced over times of economic growth. Using it to pursue growth is not an issue, nor should it be. Not managing it is.
"Using debt to pursue growth is not an issue" .
Is it an issue if the growth does not result in increased tax revenues?
On your leverage argument we can presumably double / treble our national debt from present levels to 3-5 trillion without too much hassle?

How about giving this elected democratic government a chance and then judging them? Maybe ina year or three not after three days?

Ironic thing is, they'd blame the Tory government if they did go out of business.

I really don't see much difference between that sign and persecuting someone for their religion - you are punishing somebody for beliefs that they have. Given the left's hatred of that kind of thing (Labour's manifesto policy against Islamophobia springs to mind), that sign is particularly hypocritical.

I fully expect in the months and years ahead many people will come to appreciate the sterling and difficult job the Lib Dems did, in extremely challenging circumstances in suppressing the worst excesses of the Tory Party, as the cuts really start to bite going forward.

I might be biased, but I feel they've been judged in egregiously unfair terms by the electorate, especially by those on the left.

so dramatic these anti Tory types!

Well, if you want honesty, some of us really do hate you.

Most of the Tories I've met are self centred smug f***ers, happy to throw some of the most vulnerable people in our society under the bus, as long as they're okay.
Well we don't hate you, we just look upon you as mildly recalcitrant children, who wants everybody else to share their toys, but are not too keen on letting anyone have a go on their scalextric.
But please carry on with your mud pies, as Lt. Bromhead said in 'Zulu.'

I've read your posts, you don't hide your loathing of left wingers, why should it surprise you that we hold you and your ilk in contempt?

I'm not being personal, you wanted the truth and I gave it.

I think most Tories are self-centred bastards.

I wanted the truth? Eh? I've not said anything.

And don't take my loathing of some of the frothing mouth breathers on here as hating all of the left, that would be an idiotic generalisation. I'd run through a brick wall for rascal.

I couldn't give a fuck what you think about anything to be quite honest.

Enjoy the next 5 years and accept the result.

And the same to you.

Oh I've accepted it just fine.

What part of the "enough" that I posted earlier did you not understand?

There are people who want to debate issues not read posters flinging insults at each other so I will repeat

Enough!

If this guy believes, as he clearly does, that the Tories are a party that systematically steals from the poor to give to the rich, then it makes sense.
