Don't know what else to say to be fair other then find some highlights from the 60's/70's and you can hear many different fans singing you'll never walk alone, I forget which game it was but I recall seeing highlights from a City game and hearing you'll never walk alone being sang by City fans.

TBH we weren't that far short against Wolves. the whole stadium did it. We do it when City score. Roughly about 3000 fans in the singing sections. If a few goals go in, it spread all over the ground.
