Just finished reading this, a fascinating book.

I'd convinced myself it was Kevin Davies whilst I was reading it, but now I'm starting to think it might be Kitson.

Must be shit being a Premiership Footballer, so much pressure, bet he wished he joined the Kings Regt for an easy time, you even get seen on Tele on Our War currently on BBC Iplayer..... such a shit life.

Although he fails on a couple of the "criteria" (but don't they all) Andy Johnson seems the most likely to me.
