SEATS £107.75 (£95.00)

See tickets have listed the prices at COOP arena as above with the cost including booking fees (and then face value in brackets).

the 6000 pre sale tickets generated £550k in 15 minutes.

It took Salford Lads Club 6 months to generate £250k to keep them afloat via go fund me! (Morrisey donated £50k, SJM Concerts donated £10k, and Salford Council donated £100k)

The ironic think is, most the people who have put the rest to won't have £85.75 for a food shop, never mind a ticket! and the people at the gig will be spending £40+ for a T-shirt with picture of the club, they have spent money they didn't have saving!

It's as much a homecoming gig as Oasis' is! its a dynamic pricing type of thing!

Morrisey is like the Joey Barton of the music industry!

Johnny Marr is like the David Silva of the music industry!

Don't lose the receipt. You'll need it for when he cancels last minute.
I know someone who is a mad, verging on insane fan, no names but went to USA for some gigs and he cancelled a couple of them.

Already got all the UK and Dublin. Will be plotting the USA.

Must admit Glasgow is appealing but looked at the trains and it was 4.30 hours from Manchester... Ridiculous

Should be a bit quicker surely?
Edinburgh to Manchester trimmed to a short 3 hours 20 ish

The majority of events at the COOP start around that level, or above, looking at the prices last year. Even Keane was £86.

Most of the people donating will be Smiths fans, and there have been multiple other fund raisers by Smiths fans, like paying for the roof repairs 20 years ago. It would be long gone if it wasn't for the Smiths fame and their fans, and Morrissey lets them use his image on merchandise to raise funds.

He played the Apollo October 2022. Went to Doncaster on the Friday, we beat united 6-3 on the Sunday then Apollo on the Tuesday - great few days. I last saw him in Dublin at Vicar Street in the summer of 2023, it was excellent.

Surprised he's playing a venue as big as the Co-Op these days, as if the last decade never happened

He just doesn't draw the crowds in the same way, he'll always have a hardcore following but someone with a passing interest in his music is less likely to attend these days which I would put down to some of the bollocks he's come out with in that time (it put me off watching him for a few years), and his newer music, whilst something I like, isn't going to attract new people I don't think.

He appears to have sold out the Co Op in minutes, unless there was some strange things going on. By 9.08am ticket master had run out but my son got two on a different website.
