The Spiteful Nine

Please let this be true and happen. Want to see these twats burn.
I am sure City know who leaked from UEFA and I am sure they have lots more detail on the scouting system hack. This is the time to get this out in the open because it is clear that FSG (both here and in the USA) are determined to carry on with their dirty tricks campaign against CFG.
There are also many dimensions to the Qatari smear campaign (led by Khelaifi at PSG) which now need to be in the open. It all needs to be in the public domain so the publlic can see the whole picture, not the filtered version they are getting from most of the British media. I think a lot of the Qatar involvment will come out in the impending Rui Pinto trial in any event (assuming he lives long enough)

I actually think Arsenal are the most stupid of all the clubs involved. Do they not realise that a single phone call from our owner could see Emirates pull the plug on their long-standing sponsorship deal? How funny would that be?
Arsenal are the funniest of the lot as they are gradually slipping to mid table permanence like AC Milan, and in their terror they have decided to double down on trying to take down City rather than investing in the squad - but now they are snookered because this CAS case was the big one, and we’ve only gone and fucked them. It’s too late for Arsenal now, they are no longer an elite team.

I posted this in another thread about these hypocrites. The shit we’ve got from fans of these clubs, the media, the governing bodies; yet you hear nothing said about these clubs in the media and the governing bodies seem to let them off with their transgressions. It’s appropriate for this thread n’all...

Where was the vitriol for these things?:

No outrage, things even swept under the carpet and never spoken about, for:
Killing 39 Juventus fans that got all English clubs banned for Europe rather than just them, hacking a rival club’s computer database, getting away with breaking FFP rules, promoting investment in terrorism and money laundering, killing a Crystal Palace fan, Ocean Finance on the phone and asset stripping by owners, fraudulent sponsorship dealings and accused of breaking FFP rules, unprecedented debt, debt, debt as big as United’s, accused of breaking FFP rules, can’t run the club well enough to be able to sort contracts out for players leaving them potentially jobless.

This is the hypocritical haranguing debt-ridden FFP-skirting opportunist bitter Hateful Eight for you!

Now we go on the offensive.

I want to know what the Premier League position is in all this ?

Did the Premier League know beforehand, that 8 Teams had penned a letter defaming a fellow Premier League member.Interfering in independent legal due process, that had nothing to do with them what so ever.Other than they had self interest in the negative ruling being upheld against City.

That said 8 teams devoid of any facts.Wrongly assumed we were "guilty" ,even though it was clear we were appealing the ruling at CAS.

In my opinion what they did was no different to trying to "Tap up a Jury" before criminal proceedings.

Deliberately trying to precipitate a negative out come before the arbitration had begun.

Imploring CAS to uphold a wrongful ruling against us.For nothing more than their own selfish interests.

what is the legal basis for a civil action against the hateful eight and more crucially putting pressure on the FA to being a charge of bringing the game in disrepute by them?

I can see why they are worried, COVID will have hit their finances quite hard and they will have to seriously adjust their transfer budgets. This was their only chance to stay on top. City won’t have such issues and can basically go about it as business as usual. no lucrative pre season tours not fans I the stadiums till it’s safe

as for jose, his team are doing utter wank and he will get binned off soon and he’ll fuck off into the sunset once again.

think about it for a moment. Financially things are grim and they know it and are doing all they can to hold us back. This is why we need and exceptional summer.
I think City have taken a huge hit on Covid across the world and will have to adjust like everyone else. One of our biggest markets is the USA which is in meltdown. But we should cope better than most because we don't have much debt. The Glazers on the other hand......

Why are Newcastle part of the hateful 8? Despite City doing nothing wrong, what do they exactly feel aggrieved about given they haven't been in the CL since 02/03 and are currently managed by Steve Bruce who's playing Andy Carroll at top?

Yep - they’re even too shit to be our feeder club these days. Fair play to Arteta for his comments yesterday though.

I only wish that were true.
These sort of things are mired in the politics or the region and like with our problens with Qatar only the very top men dare act. SM is sadly not that man.

Ziegler has clearly been one of City's journalists since the hacking exclusive.

That's why he was able to convince his lawyers at The Times to publish it when Liverpool shut it down everywhere else, he'd spoken on the record to someone high up enough that they could knock back any Liverpool legal action.
Ziegler is a key figure because I believe the Times knows where the leaks from UEFA came from. The whole tone of their coverage changed from the lazy anti-City rhetoric at Christmas time. Since then most of their stories have been accurate. They have also been critical of City at times but crucially they have been balanced and have tried to tell both sides of the story. The big picture is a much better news story than the "City are oil-money cheats" narrative. Most of the media have missed this so far, probably because they can't see beyond their own anti-muslim prejudices.

Mourinho is yesterdays man , his tactics are out dated and he gets managerial jobs on his repututation , he wont be at Spurs at the end of the year , Levy will have something in Mourinho's contract to get rid of him on the cheap , and the irony of Klippety talking about rich clubs dominating the game , remind me again, who spent £150m on a defender and a keeper who at the time were the most expensive in the world ? and are the only reason they are even competing with us.

The hateful eight will now be pressurising the Premier league to take action , not sure with coronavirus financially raping their coffers they will be willing to throw another few million charging us with another pile of bullshit, and attempting to remove the most successful club for the last decade who play the most attractive football that brings fans to watch the Premier league.

Can you imagine the Premier league demoting us to division two , no KDB,Sterling,Aguero,Laporte,Ederson, Bernardo,Mendy,Mahrez etc., at least a dozen household names in european football diasppearing from their "product" .

The CAS decision is a momentous occasion for our club , we have been vindicated as a well run football club who invest our money into football , not into shopping malls and making sure a hedge fund gets a return on their investment , common sense has won the day.

Anyone seen this? It seems Liverpool’s owners FSG aren’t doing much to investigate claims of historical child abuse by a former employee at Boston Red Sox. Compare and contrast with our own club who left no stone unturned regarding that nonce Barry Bennell:

Newcastle is a very interesting one, firstly they don't apply to my theory that this was about an additional European place and secondly it suggests the author's lobbied more than just the top 10 which is what was originally implied. If they only got 9 out of 19 clubs then City have as many friends as enemies.

Newcastle have just had enough of being pasted 5-0 every time we play them
