Yes, it would just mean we haven't filled the homegrown list. But if the 4 you named all came in we'd have to lose 7 from the free list to make room. 34 would be Walker, Phillips, KDB, Ederson but would stll need another 3 out to make room.
 
KDB = Wirtz or Similar (Baena, Simmons)
Bernardo = Reijnders/Camavinga/Wharton
Walker = Cambiaso
Grealish = Cherki? Maybe the Tagliafico link is for this
Aké or Stones = ?
Ederson = Chevalier, Costa

I've stuck the ones in bold that will almost definitely happen this summer. Can't see who would be the Aké/Stones replacement from the links we've had. I don't know if that's a Doyle spot? Personally would prefer a traditional full back on either side with us being stacked out in the CB position.

I think that’s what will happen. Gvardiol will become a centre back and we will have; Dias, Gvardiol, Akanji, Reis, Khusanov as our CB’s. Maybe we push for Livramento to replace Walker. Aina is classed as HG I think since he came through Chelsea academy.

Doubt Stones or Ake leave this window,but very unlikely both do. Think we'll be concentrating on 2 for midfield probably a full back and keepers anything between 0 and 3.
 
Based on Pep’s comments I can see the club pushing Stones and Ake out the door, whether . Akanji I think we’ll keep as Pep was talking about him playing through injury earlier in the season.

His comments on Nunes suggest we’re going to try and move him as well.

Means we should have Dias, Gvardiol, Akanji, Khusanov, Reis, Bah, Lewis and O’Reilly. Leaves us with a lot of players but few left sided players and no out and out full backs.
 
Just need Wirtz, two absolutely top draw full backs and either a first or second choice keeper depending on whether Eddie stays.

That would do us with Rodri back next season and O’Reilly looking superb already.

Respectfully, you dont have a clue what youre on about. You think Bournemouth Brighton will loan us their most valuable players and Leverkusen and Leipzig to loan Frimpong and Sesko? Nonsense

Playing the 4 2 2 2, we played against Palace in possession, We need 2-3 top quality fullbacks, I'd keep Kova as the system suited him down to the ground as a squad player, if we don't get Wirtz( one day we do next day we don't) I'd not bother getting the next best, Reijnders, Foden, Bobb, Echverri, 2 x Nico, Rodri, Gundo 1 more year. Sought the CB's out, what we keep and go with injury and experience wise, maybe a Baleba (Yaya or Merlin would have been great in this system), If McA would extend and we don't get Wirtz keep him, another day he would have bagged 4 against Palace, the fact he keeps finding this space, brilliant.

Sell the mid table squad players, all of them, this year or next.

Experience comes from Dias, Rodri, Gundogan and Marmoush and plenty of line up options for Pep to choose from.
 
As much as we need new blood, we also need to see significant improvements in the ability and consistency of those already here, particularly the more established players up front.
