If we sell all of them , cant see us getting more than 200-250 milions for all
Seems squad planning is sell or upcoming youth players and spend 60m of 2 young players and bench them for rest of the season because Pep now has seen them in training and don't trust them yet! What the fcuk we doing!? This midfield we haggling over we could have slapped down the €60m buyout on the 1st of January then still have time to look for another midfielder!
Cambiasso is would be a smart buy at this moment because it covers both back positions, so you don't have to buy LB and RB at the same time, and you still have room to solve the problems you have in the middle of the field (which are huge), we need 6 players. The most important condition is that they are able to run.

No, offer a new 2 year extension then sell him within a year.
The only value of letting him leave this summer is we free up his wages.

Haha each to their own. If you want him to leave on a free then fine. A lot will depend if we can secure a replacement. In our current squad he's the only midfield who can play defence splitting passes. Even that is becoming less frequent.

We still need Rodri cover or compliment him, if he gets another injury then what? I know Philips was supposed to be that but maybe we need a DM of Rodri ability and push Rodri further forward then when one gets injured we let them drop back. We can’t rely on him to play for another 4 years uninjured it’s jyst stupid.

It's not realistic we will move on 11 players.
What you have to remember at the moment is that we are functioning poorly as a team. Not all players are ready to be thrown on the scrap heap.
As a minimum, we should be retaining those in bold. They would all be very useful squad players.

you are right there. Some players have such bad references that we literally have to buy them from ourselves through proxy teams to get them off the team. I am convinced that Grealish is not wanted by any first league club in Europe, he does not bring any advantage, and costs insane weekly wages.
The same for the others, they could not sell Lewis to Ipswich, what will they do when they certainly have a better player.
Bernardo is the only one with some value and they could get 25 million from Benfica
yeah, i mean Gundo is worthless and even we signed him on a free. Cant see us getting more than a few mil for stones gvien injuries, Grealish we'll probably have to loan out. Probably fees between 15-30 for the others.

No chance we sell all them 4 home grown players maybe 5 with Ake. Walker gone and possibly Carson that’s 6/7 home grown players out of the squad
I think Rico, Ortega and one of Kovacic/Nunes will definitely stay. Probably one of Stones/Ake too
I think Pep and his backroom staff need to do a deep analysis of all the players at the end of this season.
All players, including those on loan, have the remaining 3 months or so to stake a place in next seasons squad.
If Pep isn't going to play the young academy graduate, out on loan they go.
We would have been much better off if we had kept Kabore, Perrone, Couto at The Etihad while loaning out the youngsters who are getting little game time and sitting on the bench most weekends.

I’d keep Stones and Ake based on the fact they are both genuinely top players. If either could stay some way fit they are worth having.
Agree with the rest. Kovacic and Bernardo will both be 31 start of next season and feel it’s downhill from here with both.
There’s a few on that list that are miles off the level we need.

Hindsight is wonderful but, the real tragedy here is that we didn’t push on and build the squad after the treble. Most teams recruit at the top of the market when they win a CL but we chose to sit on our hands and now we are going to need to oversee a major rebuild from the weakest position we have been in for some time. Some mistakes have been made and I’m sure we’ll address them but lessons need to be learned because we took our eye off the ball.
