Hmm not to sure about that. Bernardo has ran his bollocks off for 8 years and he looks like it’s starting to catch up with him. Barella plays a similar role for Inter. He is quality though. Zubimendi and Barella would be a huge upstage to what we have now. Rodri can come back from injury knowing he’s got some help.We have enough young players, we need quality additions and Barella is that, 28 isn't old he can give us +5 years the way he plays

What is really painful is that this squad would be improved by adding Roméo Lavia and Cole Palmer. Maybe we wouldn't win the title with them in it, but they'd be getting a load playing time that we could have built the next five years around if it worked out.

But one player was already scoring goals for us and has been the best player in the league this season and the other is probably the best young defensive midfielder in the league while ours is being held together by sticky tape and a cardboard cutout of Gundogan.
