Over the next 3 windows
Midfield, I'd keep Phil, Rodri, 2 x Nico, Bobb, Savio, Echi & Lewis(too small for defence) but played well when he came on against the Rags.

Attack, Erling, Marmoosh.

Defense, Khus, Reis, Dias, Gvadiol, Bah (Stones and Ake run their contracts out) no fullbacks available apart from Josko.

Keepers all look to be gone

5-6 great talents in the EDS coming through.

In, need another 8-10 with 5 starters.
2 x Keep, 2 x FB, CB, DM, 2 x AM/W over the next 3 windows.

Out all the rest should be gone and that will include Nath and John, 5 more will need to be homegrown.

Weve completely destroyed our squad tbh bringing in shit like Doku Nunes Kovacic. Panicing in January Spunking 30 mill on Reis , signing Gonzalez who clearly wasnt a top target. Holding onto players too long Walker KDB Bernardo, Re signing Gundo. Just a total shit show

I like Doku mate, needs to improve his finishing and crossing at times but hes a threat. Cant agree on Nico, please give him until the end of next season and your opinion will change i promise you that. Kovacic at the fee and at the time i understood as well to be honest but the others i completely agree with and its why Pep if he is staying needs his favourite toys taken off him for good but replaced with young world class players for his City 2.0.

And we need to move on more recent buys who are just not good enough.
Lots of work to do, could take 2 or 3 windows
 
As everyone has seen midfield is the weakest part of the team.

Sources in Spain saying we would offer ridiculous money for Lamal which would solve all Barca's financial problems at a stroke. However letting him leave would be suicidal for the board.

But I'd offer them serious money for Pedri.

A midfield next season comprised of 3 from

Rodri, Pedri, González, Foden and O'Reilly

With

Savinho, a year older, Haaland and Marmouch up front.
 
I honestly think pep shouldn’t be in charge of the rebuild. He will stay 2 years max. Considering he will refuse certain type of players again will make it harder for the coach who comes next.
 
Honestly I know we need a team rebuild, but I'd love us to bring in players that get you out of your seat. We've become boring

That would be great, and it's only the addition of one player in midfield. if not Pedri though somebody of that quality maybe Wirtz. That plus a fullback or 2 maybe a new keeper and things look very different.
The hard part might making room by persuading Gundogan, Kovacic, and Bernardo to leave to make room.
 
We just need two magicians in midfield. The best midfield pair we had was David Silva and Kev them two together. They broke lowblocks for fun. If we had those this season the league would be wrapped up. We miss creative magicians in midfield. None of the midfielders we have can produce that level of creativity right now. It's the missing piece
 
The thing about Savinho, Marmoush and even Foden due to his current troubles is that it hard to plan what kind of players they are next season. Best case scenario we don't really need that much in attack, but we could maybe try and replace Kev's passing with another deeper central midfielder alongside Rodri. Hard to say who. And his crossing could be replaced by placing more importance on high and wide fullbacks. I'd love Reijnders, Kerkez and I'd genuinly take a look at Ryerson at Dortmund, closest full-back I have seen to Zabba both defensively and the way he gets up and down are willing to run into space both outside and on the inside and can play in the middle.

With it being a 433, 4231, 4222 or 442 at any point based on what the press needs. But the crucial thing is, these players needs a direct way of playing to get the best out of them. We simply can not fill the squad with the likes of Doku (who is in last chance saloon next season), Haaland, Marmoush and the player Foden has turned into which is basically a goalscoring number ten that carries the ball and attacks space and continue to play this walking football. Omar and Foden interchanging and attacking space around Haaland in the middle being fed by two supporting midfielders while Kerkez (or someone of his ilk) and Savio stretches the pitch being set up on 1v1 and having free reign to put into areas for the goalscoring players in the middle is the way to go forward with the transfers we have made in the last couple of windows
