Yeah maybe add Cambiasso as fullback cover both sides and that doesn't seem unlikely at all. Not sure how much we need MGW I think I'd rather go for Rogers.

Can’t have 6 in if only 6 leave. Including Walker and Phillips ,even with KDB leaving we have 3 too many. McAtee leaving makes no difference.

I wouldn't go that far, tactical flexibility has been one of the keys to our success. If it's not working we've been able to change, adjust and find solutions in-game, with players like Bernardo who can operate pretty much anywhere on the pitch.
Funnily enough we've kind of accidentally struck on two 'full-backs' who can actually do everything. Overlap and also invert.
I do think a solid defensive full-back like Aina would be a good addition though.

If we are to bring in the minimum needed which is probably at least 1 maybe 2 full backs and 2 midfielders we need players to leave so doubt all 3 can stay.
I still think one of bernardo, Gundo and Kovacic will go, mostly likely Bernardo. They are obviously going to get up for the final stretch with a trophy on the line etc, but club shouldn't forget how they've performed across the season, which is at best inconsistent or worse. Kovacic is the most likely to stay for sure though, I think.

He's only played one full game since he arrived. Might be a tad early.
I would only keep Kovacic honestly. But Gundo got his extension . Need 1 new CM + reilly
I hated all those titles and trophies we won without orthodox fullbacks.

Apart from Wirtz and Costa, we only seem to be linked with average players
MGW, sooner have Kova, Lewis (Echiverri) in a year or 2
Pedro Porro again 17th or 18th in the table same as their other LB who is injury waiting to happen
Cambiaso has dropped right off, since he got his ankle injury.
We won the triple with Walker, Gundo and Bernie at their peaks
Just get Wirtz, 2 x keepers, keep O'Reilly, Ake LB and manage with Khus, Stones , Akanji or Nunes at RB
If we can't get the likes of Beleba or a world class RB, why settle for average players sooner stay with what we have.

i think Bobb will be loaned out. He has missed a year and needs to get a match experience
but 3 atb would be the best formation for next year if we get Frimpong and Wirtz
i doubt we will get Camavinga, he would be excellent signing tho, probably the next best thing who can do similar stuff is Baleba

exactly as it says, guest for the preseason camp. We've done it for a few years with kids from the CFG. Lad from Troyes even got a game or two.

From the noises coming out from the club its looking more and more like we are in a 1 in 1 out situation with transfers
Plus we have to balance the 17 foreigners of which we have 1 too many at the moment if we assume Reis will be registered for the CL next season
I think definitely gone are KDB & Walker
With Grealish and Ederson being probables
I think this is why MGW makes sense for the club being a homegrown player to replace Grealish
Diogo Costa will replace Ederson like for like
It then gets tricky on who replaces KDB and Walker , if we go for Wirtz & Cambiaso then we are two over the foreigner cap
Which would mean two current foreign lads leaving - could be Stefan ? Bernardo ?
