Personally, I'm just happy we are at the point where we can talk about adding a few players here and there. We aren't in a place where we need major squad surgery.

I think that is what the start of this season has taught us. We are the march back to having a squad capable of winning the league.

i think Viana will jump at the chance to sign a great opportunity and that opportunity will come from Madrid - most likely Rodrygo

Have you seen how poor Rodrygo has been for the last 18 months? He’s gone backwards as a player.

Well Ake needs game time. He might leave too. Reis/ Bah for Stones/Ake would be good.

tbf, a lot of RM players have gone backwards, which is quite noticable

i believe that with change of club he easily could thrive

I know Semenyo is flavour of the month th but hes a left winger and genuinely think Doku is good enough and can lock down that position (not saying no to Semenyo mind you)

As of right now, for me the summer would go something like:

Out:

Stones, Ake, Winger (Bobb or Savinho, Bobb the more likely right now), Bernardo Silva, Kovacic, Trafford

6 departures.

In:
Reis, NEW CB, World class winger, Utility CM, new backup Keeper.

5 incomings.

I think the squad can drop by 1 given current size. Midfield options in centre will still be Rodri, Nico G, Reijnders, Foden, Cherki, Rico, plus O reilly or Nunes in an emergency.

I think Stones gets another season 1 year extension, Ake Sav, Kova, Phillips, Bernie for me all go. A new right winger comes in and maybe a right back but only if Rico goes
