I've no doubt you'll kick us off the pitch mate.
Fingers crossed tevez is playing and he can have it first. :D ;)

I think it will be a great game, hopefully as open as the spurs game on saturday.
Out of all your players I'm hoping given has a stinker but he has shipped in some serious goals against united in the past so hopefully that form continues.

We'll be missing 3 or 4 good players so you won't be facing our strongest side. Far from it.

Be good if you could try to match us for football rather than foul us for 90minutes but I guess that just shows how the tide is turning and that back in the day when we were shit we'd still try to play you and even managed a few good wins.

it was deliberate and can definately see a 3 match ban on the cards

to avoid a heads-or-tails opinion, discuss on how you arrived to such conclusion.

I must admit, when I first saw it whilst there I thought it was accidental, but i didnt have the greatest of views (being stood in 111) but having seen the replays over and over again it just looks to me as though he has looked and then thrust his foot towards VP.

He may not have aimed for his head, but there is no getting away from the very deliberate movement towards VP.

IMO it is more of a kickout than a stamp, but either way i feel there was definate intent on Ade's part.

I think you've got really lucky that we might be missing Adebayor and Tevez along with Robinho,Kompany and RSC. Would have been a great game had we been full strength, hopefully will still be a good game.

We're not talking about that, I've said before we got away with things but also been punished ridiculously for other things.
What hasn't helped adebayor is that it all happend in one game AND he was playing his former club where there was no love lost.
You can't compare that to a scuffle with a wigan player etc.

Can you imagine the press if rooney had done that in his first game back against everton, the country would be in meltdown "ANIMAL ATTACKS" etc.

We are now.

And when have you been punished rediculously for anything?
Evra - 4 game ban for fuck all
Scholes - red card in a pre season freindly - 3 match ban
Rio - 9 months for missing a test when other players have had less for failing a test

Hopefully if there is a ban then they will have to charge him first for he will have to answer, so he may be available to play against the rags.

Can the FA issue a red card now after the game which will mean instant ban, or do they have to charge him????????
