I'm overdosing on cold and flu remedies to try and be in some kind of fit state to go out tonight.

However, you may well find me on here wishing you miserable buggers a happy new year in 12 hours or so.

Sudafed, Covonia and Vodka might be the new year cocktail of choice.

I'll call it the 'Flash ****'.

Try Benylin,absinthe,nail varnish,Special Brew and rohypnol.
I'll call it an 'A&E'.

This sounds promising. Although I always thought that Special Brew was just Benylin and Rohypnol in a can?

Anyways, I'll let you know how it tastes once I'm out of my coma.

this is the first year im staying in, local was packed with people ive never seen there throu the year, trying to get a drink and waiting for ages to get 1, been out on nye for the last 38yrs. now i will just stop in and have a couple of drinks at home and b on here sometime tonight.

Wife working until 10, kids and friends all going for a curry at 7 and I am invited along but feel crap with this virus. So I am staying in and hopefully feel ok for tomorrow, I couldn't have gone if it was today just feel to rough.
