The Stone Roses/Ian Brown

Have you seen the cure before? Saw them a couple of years ago in London, was quality. They played about 40 songs though! So be prepared for a long night!
Il be at Madison square gardens next week actually watching the hockey
Yes, seen them a few times (Glastonbury 86, NEC 88 and GMEX early 90's) and yes, the toss up between 3 hours of The Cure and an album's worth of the Stone Roses..... so it is The Cure for me!

Who are SOAK?
apparently they're supporting the roses at the Etihad.

Really?! SOAK isnt a band, its a solo artist. She is only about 18 too. Wish her the best, but she wont do well with a roses crowd at all! Shes going to be SOAKed in cups of piss by the end of her set

Oh her, yeah I've got all her album..... never heard of her.
Good to see they're getting some bands on that we know nothing about, smart move by the roses.

Make sure you get your tickets in advance, 3 of us went to the ticket office last week to try and catch a game whilst we were over there, they only had singles left and they were going for $420.

Sorted them a while back, they were still $200 and not even great seats really. We moan about footy ticket prices over here but sport in america is extortionate, i was looking at basketball and tickets were $250+ sat in the gods

Another long shot, but I have two tickets for the Saturday night which I can no longer make it to. Looking to swap for two tickets on the Wednesday night (15th).
