With us being thin on the ground striker-wise, can we recall Guidetti in January? or do you see us buying a new striker ? We surely cant go with just the three for the rest of the season given their injury records already.

Or a Negredo style loan (where we have to buy in the summer).

based on what ?? he's never played in our team regularly. He was injured at stoke, but scored all the time for celtic and feyenoord . He could do the same with us.

With no recognised strikers available now, what are the best options up front? Playing Pozo as a lone front man isn't working and he isn't ready for that job yet. The rest of the team seem to lack confidence in him - he doesn't get the obvious pass. The lad definitely has potential, but taking on all of the responsibility for leading the line is a big ask. I think Nasri needs to go in the middle as a stand in Aguero with Yaya playing a more forward role.

The obvious thing for me should be Sinclair supported by Yaya.

He did ok in preseason, and scored a few goals
