These owners are mearly custodians of our clubs as it has been since the beginning. The only constant is the fans generation after generation.

This all seems very odd to me. The clubs must have absolutely known that they were going to get mountains of abuse, and sanctions.

WHy did City withdraw?

I too am sensing a UEFA / Manchester City sting to out Manchester United and Liverpool. It would be just beautiful but I am a dreamer.

BBC are reporting that both City & Chelsea are reportedly preparing to pull out of the ESL. Apparently we were the last to sign, & only did so for fear of being left behind, but after the huge backlash, both clubs are out.

All seems a bit odd this & a I think a game is being played out. Maybe testing the water or maybe sending a message to uefa. If not then what a shambles way to try & launch a new league. It just does not make any sense the way it’s been planned.
