Well yes, that's the whole point isn't it? They wanted to be part of the cartel that excluded others from joining. Don't see how that's any sort of defence.

It was on OUR website that we joined, with a quote from Joel Glazer. Of course we signed on to it. Thank fuck we are out, but never forget the owners took the action they did.
